The Power of Dreams Night
I was invited to participate a consumer forum to feedback about Honda. It was conducted in a group of 6 person and fruitful ideas exchanged. Three participants are Honda car owner. Brand talk not really the key they purchase Honda but main factor are make up by design, price and technology. Like every consumer, we buy for affordable and reasonable. Brand loyalty is not everything. This question lead to discussion about Honda participation in motorsports. All of us agreed that Honda represent performance. The absence of brand marketing of their racing association would weaken their brand name. We would like to see car brand which is active in racing events. All three main Honda motosports ads in 2008 has given negative perception. “We have come far to victories. We have gone beyond defeats.” Are this telling us that Honda is a loser brand? Although it try to convey message about Honda commitment in motor racing. Wrong choice of tag line misleading reader to further understand their message. On asking how to improve Honda Racing brand, most participants are agreed that it must reach out to public by sponsoring more events and consumer interaction. This can be achieved by organizing convoy, driving clinic, street racing, roadshow, party and newspaper column. Of course not absence of web interaction such as forum, blog and community network. I foresee more and more brand would practice the similar strategy in kepping their name in consumer mind. The power of web 2.0 as marketing tool should not be underestimate of any company. Lets dream forward, Honda.

Motorbike (cub) tyre review: Dunlop, Michelin, Farelli, FKR, Duro
One of the scary word in motobikers’s dictionary is ‘puncture’ or ‘tayar pongcak’
Some experience motobiker carry spare tyre tube to be replaced during emergency. There are many mobile number printed at road divider especially in Klang Valley highways. I suspicious there is entrapment in those black zones since I seem many bikes puncture same time on the road. Usually this 24hours ‘highway rescue’ charge RM50 and replace a RM3 tube for the victim. At mid night they even ask for more. Some of them are not bike shop mechanic but just live near by and come to ‘cari makan’ (take advantage). Of course this RM3 tube only last you to nearest bike shop and get a quality replacement.
The safest way is to use tubeless tyre on your vehicle. Tubeless tyre tends to be harder and durable compare with tube-type tyre thus it helps combat sharp particles. Recently my tyre was punctured again after hit by nail. Luckily it was deflated after I reached home and I totally no aware about this until next morning. I was ride to bike shop in puncture condition because tubeless tyre is hard. My favorites Farelli brand was not available and I try Duro for first time. My bike tyre change: Dunlop TT900 -> Michelin M45 -> Farelli F1800 -> FKR EPSILON HT200 -> Duro HF-918
Getting a good tyre is difficult for me since I am very relying on Internet research. There was lack of review and comparison for bike tyre even though biker community is huge in Malaysia. Perhaps most bikers don’t blog J I write a short sequel about my experience on those tyres.

From the list you knows how good Farelli has served me. It just not my experience but I bought Farelli after read from forums it performance and durability. Petro hikes so tyre price will be review again. That’s the sad thing.

Big David has more votes
American Idol season 7 finally crowned by David Cook, a rocker. David Archuleta is in second place although he won judges praises by outshining Cook in the final competition. Personally I like lil Dave performance especially his song choice, vocal and emotion. He was very consistent through out whole night and good song choice demonstrates his dynamic vocal range. His singing was so comfort to listen to and remind me Josh Gorban style. Cook in another stage was continuing his rock singing which is audiences favorites. No matter what song he chosen, the crowd will scream and sing a long. He sang ‘The world I know’ didn’t hit climax which I think he could do better. He is so stylish and nice looking, needless to say much majority female votes already been captured.
I had listened to Cook’s album and noticed he is really good in restyle those superhits such as ‘always be my baby’ and ‘billy jean’. He got powerful rock star vocal which will keep your head knocking with his guitar. Lil David is a very potential and very listenable vocal even without music. He is so gifted and definitely second place in this contest just the matter of audience favorites. Many recording company will not hesitate to offer him a contract too.
Who did you voted for?
